An intense ruby red color, soft, rich and concentrated with juicy plum, red cherries and blackberry fruits, balanced acidity, soft tannins and a velvety texture.

Vinification:

After blending, the wine is gently clarified, cold-stabilized, and filtered. Throughout fermentation, it is pumped over four times a day to enhance extraction, then left on the skins for an additional two weeks. Malolactic fermentation is completed in full. For bottling, an in-line filtration using both plate and membrane filters is carried out to ensure microbiological stability.
